All activities are conducted directly by a principal of the firm, not by a research department. Once a suitable list of candidates is established, we will aid in the process of coordinating all meetings and phone interviews. We communicate directly with the candidate to answer questions and eliminate potential obstacles in the hiring process. Our goal is to find you a well-qualified pool of candidates and let you select who best fits your needs. Once you have selected a candidate, we will work with you to construct an offer letter and gain its acceptance.

Interviewing often seems like a complex process filled with resumes, cover letters, thank you notes, networking events, follow-up calls and interviews. In reality, there are only two key ingredients to job search success. First, you must have a strong resume that gets you job interviews. Second, you must have strong interview skills to perform at your best during each interview. We will first assist you in the construction and completion of a professional resume. We will then go about the business of locating a suitable position that meets your goals and your experience.
Once a suitable position is agreed upon, we will provide you with in depth background on the company and the interviewer. We are skilled at guiding you through the process with effective interview tactics (face to face or phone interview) as well advice on how to make the right impression. Your interview skills determine whether or not you get the job offer. Job interview skills are not intuitive. Good communication skills are not the same as job interviewing skills. Job market statistics from recruiters reveal that the average person will go through 12 to 17 job interviews for each job offer. Candidates with strong job interview skills go through 1 to 3 job interviews for each offer. The person that gets the offer is often the person who interviews the best.
