The Process We begin by assessing your needs and your culture. We will then work with you to develop a detailed position profile. From there, we carefully source and screen hundreds of potential candidates to identify the ones most suited for your position. You will be comforted to know that all candidate development is conducted directly by a principal of the firm, not by a research department. Once a suitable list of candidates is established, we will aid in the process of coordinating all meetings and phone interviews. We communicate directly with the candidate to answer questions and eliminate potential obstacles in the hiring process. Our goal is to find you a well-qualified pool of candidates and let you select who best fits your needs. Once you have selected a candidate, we will work with you to construct an offer letter and gain its acceptance.

Retained Agreement Retained searches are given top priority at TDR. We function as a branch of your company to fill your hiring needs. We are hired for a specific assignment and use a very proactive approach to complete that assignment. This approach can substantially reduce a manager's overall time and effort by eliminating the need to work with multiple search firms. It also allows us to offer our services at a reduced fee. Please contact us. We can structure an agreement that suits your needs.
Contingency Agreement Our clients can also hire our services on a contingency basis. With this type of agreement, the client is responsible for payment only upon completion of a search. The lack of exclusivity allows you to work with a number of other search firms. This approach is suitable for clients that wish to use our services without the commitments associated with a retainer.
